Microporous Membrane is a kind of porous membrane filtration media made of fibre or polymer materials. Due to its advantages of uniform pore-size, high porosity, no pollution, etc., it can be applied for purification of water solutions, air, liquors and oils, sterilization and filtration of biologics, testing and analysis of contaminations, pretreatment of seawater desalination, lab filtration, etc., providing broad services for pharmaceuticals, electronics, foods, health cares, metallurgies, chemicals, machineries and other industries.

聚醚碸(美国进口)

PES (Polyethersulfone) Membrane (imported from USA):

聚醚碸滤膜为美国进口原产膜,具有极强的亲水型、高流速、耐酸碱性强、低溶出物、高强度的特点,广泛应用于生化、检测、制药、精密过滤以及除菌过滤等方面。

 

PES membrane is imported originally from USA, and with features of strong hydrophilic, high flow rate, high resistance to acids and/or alkalsi, low soluble substances and high strength, it can be widely applied for fine filtration and sterilizing filtration in fields of bio-chemicals, testing and analysis, pharmaceuticals, etc.

尼龙膜(英国)

Nylon Membrane (UK):

由进口材料制成,具有亲水性,机械强度高,耐弱酸弱碱,耐80-120℃的高温,化学稳定性好等特点。本品适用于绝大多数有机溶剂和水溶液。

It is made of imported material, and with features of good hydrophilic, high mechanic strengths, high resistance to acids and/or alkalis, resistance to high temperature of 80-120, and good chemical resistance. The product is applied for most organic solvents and water solutions.

混合纤维素酯

MCE (Mixed Cellulose Esters) Membrane:

混合纤维素酯滤膜亲水性好,吸附量低,无介质脱落,质地薄,阻力小,与其他同样拦截指标的过滤介质相比,滤速要快达数10倍。常用于抽真空过滤,药厂无菌试验以及小型过滤器。该滤膜过滤液体时,需湿润状态,不耐受强酸强碱,有机溶剂,适用于PH3-10的溶液、空气、酒类、油类等的净化和除菌过滤,以及污染的分析测定。

 

The membrane made of MCE has features of good hydrophilic, low absorption, no media loss,   thin texture, less resistance, etc. Compared with other filtration media of the same interception parameters, its filtration rate is almost 10 times higher than that of the latter. It is often applied for vacuum-pumping filtration, pharmaceutical sterility tests, and small-size filters. This kind of membrane should be in humid condition when it is used to filter liquids. It can’t stand strong acids, strong alkalis and/or organic solvents, and is suitable for purification and sterilization filtration of solutions, air, liquors and oils of PH 3-10, and, testing and analysis of contaminations.

聚偏氟乙烯(美国)

具有多用途耐高温的特点,是为满足要求苛刻的化学品过滤而设计,具有高强度,良好的柔韧性及化学相容性的滤膜产品,是聚四氟乙烯的理想而且经济的替代品。此滤膜具有良好的耐热性和化学稳定性。能耐受酸、弱碱、脂肪族、芳香族以及醇、酚、醚等多种有机、无机溶剂,具有较强的负静电性及疏水性,是一种既能应用于液体除菌、除微粒过滤又可应用于气体除湿、除菌、除尘过滤的新型精密过滤膜。

 

 

This kind of membrane is with features of multi-application and high-temperature resistance. With high strengths, good flexibility and chemical compatibility, it is designed to meet the demanding requirements of chemicals filtration, and is the ideal and economic substitutes for PTFE. This kind of membrane also possess good heat-resistance and chemical stability, is able to stand acids, weak alkalis, various organic (aliphatics, aromatics, alcohols, phenols or ethers) and/or inorganic solvents,  is with strong negative electrostatic and hydrophobic, and is a kind of new-type fine filtration membrane suitable for not only sterilization, micro-particle removing of liquid solutions, but also dehumidify, sterilization and dust-removing of gas substances.  

聚四氟乙烯(美国)

PTFE MembraneUSA

 

由聚四氟乙烯材质制成,利用聚四氟乙烯微孔膜独特的节点原纤性、表面光滑、耐有机溶液,透气不透水、阻燃、耐高温、抗强酸碱、无毒等特征,可用于大气除尘、空气净化等。该膜所制成的产品过滤效率高,可达99.99%,近于零排放。运行阻力小,过滤速度快,使用寿命长。主要用于化工、钢铁、冶金、炭黑、发电、水泥、垃圾焚烧等各种工业熔炉的烟气过滤。

 

The membrane is made of PTFE material. With unique features of fibril-nod, smooth surface, resistance to organic solutions, breathability and waterproof, flame retardant, resistance to high-temperature and strong acids/alkalis, and non-toxicity, this kind of membrane can be used for atmosphere dust-removing and air purification, etc. The product made of this kind of membrane has high filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% -- near zero effluent, less running resistance, rapid filtration rate, and long lifetime. It is mainly used for smoke filtration of various furnaces in fields of chemicals, steels, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, cement, wastes incineration.

聚丙烯滤膜(PP

聚丙烯超细纤维热熔粘连在一起制成的,是属于深层过滤的一种膜料,以食品级等规聚丙烯为原料,生产全过程无任何添加剂;物理、化学性能稳定,有很好的相容性;孔隙率高、纳污量大、可反冲和高温消毒;耐压性好。可用于医药、化工、食品、饮料等方面。

Polypropylene (PP) Filter Membrane

These PP filter membranes are bonded polypropylene ultrafine fibers and a type of deep filtration membrane produced additive-free using food-grade PP. It exhibits stable physical and chemical properties, excellent compatibility, high porosity, high pollutant-carrying capacity, satisfactory pressure resistance, and the capability to undergo backwashing and withstand high-temperature sterilization. 醋酸纤维滤膜(CA

由纤维素醋酸和添加剂经过膜技术加工成的一种特殊膜。具有优异的酸碱稳定性、不易被腐蚀,机械强度高,不易破损,属于高温稳定膜,因此被广泛应用于化工、制药、环保等领域。

再生纤维素滤膜 (RC )

Regenerated Cellulose (RC) Filter Membrane

These RC filter membranes are produced from pure cellulose or cellulose derivatives, giving them decent chemical resistance, good thermal stability, low affinity for proteins, high mechanical strength, and excellent flexibility. They gain traction in the food and beverage industry, and are mainly used for filtering biological products, as well as in various environmental and industrial filtration processes, among other use cases.

 

 

玻璃纤维

Glass Fibre

采用无碱超细玻璃纤维制造而成。不含粘合剂。呈化学惰性。具有流速快,强度大,过滤效率高等特点。可保留亚微级颗粒物。并能承受500摄氏度的高温。适用于大、中流量的TSPPM10检测。广泛用于各种情况下的空气污染检测。

 

This membrane is made of alkali-free ultra-fine glass fibre, with no adhesives. It shows chemical inertness and advantages of high flow rate, high strength and high filtration efficiency. It can remain sub-micro particles, and stand high temperature of 500, suitable for testing and analysis of large and-middle-volume TSP and PM10.
