JINLONG空气式过滤器由医用级聚丙烯材料制成，采用出色阻水性能的PTFE疏水膜作为气体过滤介质，可以高压重复使用，适用于小型发酵罐、生物反应器通气、真空泵保护及培养基储罐的无菌换气等。

JINLONG vent filters are made of medical-grade polypropylene (PP) and equipped with water-resistant PTFE hydrophobic membranes as the gas filtration media. They can withstand high pressure and be used repeatedly, which cater to the purposes of ventilation in small-scale fermenters and bioreactors, protection of vacuum pumps, and aseptic air exchange in culture medium storage tanks.

The unique design of the JINLONG vent filters endows them with large flux and high safety guarantees.The filter membranes incorporate PP mesh reinforcement technology, offering a high-pressure tolerance of up to 4.1 bar and a filtration area of 20 cm². These ensure high flux even at relatively low pressure differences. The specific product models have been accordingly labeled on the filter housings for a more intuitive specification comparison among models.The trapezoidal hose socket facilitates connection with hoses measuring 6 mm to 12 mm in inner diameters, with a 6:100 Luer taper. This product is available in both sterile independent packaging (ethylene oxide sterilization) and non-sterile packaging.
