Product Description

The vacuum dryer is designed to heat and dry materials to be dried under vacuum condition. With a vacuum pump to outgas and dehumidifythe test chamber up to required vacuum condition, the dryer can improve material drying rate greatly and save energy at the same time, especially suitable for drying unstable and/or thermal-sensitive materials. The vacuum dryer is of good leak-tightness so that it is also suitable for drying those materials which need to recycle the solvents,  and those of intense stimulation and/or toxic gases. This product is widely applied for various industries, such as lab equipment, chemicals, foods, health cares, precision instruments, fine chemicals, etc. It has to be used together with a “Jinlong” (“津隆”) oil-free vacuum pumps.

It can maintain vacuum degree in steable for longer time. The decrease of its vacuum is less than 5% 30 days after the lastest vacuum pumping.

An externally-installed special vacuum gauge makes it convenient to observe the change of vacuum at all times.

Produced by injection process and made of imported polycarbonate material, this kind of dryer is of good safety performance to prevent from bursting.

With high-quality plastic sealing rings and by oil-free sealing way, the sealing effect is better.

The intake amount can be fine adjusted with precision needle valve.

The connection of pipeline is convenient and easy.

The environmental temperature is required within the range from -25℃ to 120℃.
